You should be able to watch the CBS live TV channel through CBS All Access without a cable, satellite or TV streaming service provider. Because the CBS live TV channel is supposed to be a free local over the air channel. So logging in with your TV service provider on the app shouldn’t be a requirement. The rest of the on demand library yes. But not the live OTA channel itself.
