One of the few night races on the Formula One calendar, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is also one of the longest and fastest. Nicknamed the “fastest street track” of the season, cars average around 160mph, and the course is only beaten in length by the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium and the Las Vegas Strip Circuit.

The Saudi Arabian Grand Prix is also one of the newest additions to the Formula One calendar. It was first held in December 2021, at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. That year it was the penultimate event of the season, as the track was only finished two days before the race.

Since 2022, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix has consistently been the second race on the Formula One schedule, taking place in March before heading to Australia. To catch all the action this year cheaper than cable, find out how to live stream the F1 online with Sling TV.

FAQ

How can I watch F1 outside the US?

ESPN is usually only available within the US, so if you’re traveling or live abroad you’ll need another channel or service to watch F1 races. F1 TV provides live coverage of every race for $10/mo or $80/year, but it’s only available in select regions and doesn’t offer any other sports or channels.

In the UK, Sky has exclusive streaming rights to Formula One, until 2029. Viewers can subscribe to Sky Sports F1 to watch all races live, while some race highlights will be available on Channel 4.
