Streaming television pioneer Sling TV is celebrating five solid years of cable cutting by announcing the first ever National Cut the Cord Day. Sling TV is even rolling out five days of incredible deals to go along with this inaugural cable cutting holiday, making it easier than ever to finally kill the cable bill.

It’s estimated that over 6 million more households will kill the cable bill in 2020, and more streaming television services are stepping up to make it easier and more affordable than ever to finally get rid of cable. In order to make cable cutting easier than ever this year, Sling TV announced a brand new set of cable cutting deals for National Cut the Cord Day on its website this week.

The deals will only be available between February 7 and 11, so act now if you want to take advantage of this unique and groundbreaking holiday. To celebrate National Cut the Cord Day, Sling TV is offering both new and returning subscribers the chance to get their first month of Sling TV for just $5. After that month, subscribers will pay the usual subscription price starting at $25 a month for base service.

New or returning subscribers who sign up between 7am EST on February 7 and 11:59 pm EST on February 11 can even get Sling Orange + Sling Blue for just $20 for the first month when purchased together.

For new subscribers planning to stream on just one TV, Sling TV is offering an exclusive “Cord Cutter Bundle” for just $5 which includes three pre-paid months of Sling TV, an AirTV Mini streaming device, an HD antenna for free local channels, and an AirTV 2 which integrates local channels like ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS, and more into the Sling channel guide.

For cable cutters new to streaming who want to stream on two TVs, Sling TV is also offering the “Ultimate Cord Cutter Bundle” for $55 which offers the same perks as the Cord Cutter Bundle but includes two Air TV Mini streaming devices instead of one. See Sling TV’s offer page for more details.
